INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Can only be used in an electric or gas oven. The product is
Dishwasher safe. Before first use, wash the pan carefully with water
warm and soapy, then, after drying it, grease it lightly with oil or
butter. Always use over medium heat and do not heat the empty pan.
To avoid scratching it, use plastic or wooden utensils and avoid
metal tools. Do not use in microwave oven. After one use
prolonged, in case of discoloration, it is sufficient to boil in the product a
cup of water with a spoonful of vinegar for about 5 minutes, then
refurbish as if it were the first use.
