Velvet. Also great for swiss rolls!
The package contains 500 g.
Preparation: Sponge cake 500g of product, 300g of eggs (about 5
eggs)100g of water. Procedure: mix the ingredients in a mixer at high speed
speed for 8-10 minutes. Pour the whipped dough into the previously prepared molds
buttered and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-190°C for 25-30
minutes.
Swiss Roll. 300 g of product, 350 g of eggs (about 6 eggs) 30 g of honey
Preparation: mix all the ingredients in a mixer at medium speed.
for 8-10 minutes until you get a smooth and well-aerated mixture
Spread the whipped dough evenly on a baking tray lined with paper
from the oven, distributing it in a layer of about 0.5 cm thick
Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Place a bowl of water on the bottom of the
oven to increase humidity during cooking. Bake the dough in the oven
preheated for about 5-7 minutes, checking often. The dough should
turn out slightly golden and cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool a little
the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
