Our sponge cake mix is ​​- without azo dyes - GMO free

The 500g pack is enough to make a one-kilo sponge cake.
Preparation: pour the contents of the sachet into the container and add 450
g eggs (about 9/10). Mix with a mixer at high speed for 8/10
minutes. Pour the mixture into the previously oiled mold or
buttered. Cook in a preheated oven at 165°C (if fan-assisted) or at 175°C
(if static) for about 35/40 minutes.
