Details: Complete powder preparation for cold-process custard.

It allows you to obtain a glossy, full-bodied and creamy custard in just a few minutes. Doses and instructions for use: 280 g of preparation, 720 g of water. Mix the preparation with water at room temperature, stirring everything with a whisk until you obtain a velvety and homogeneous cream. If you want to obtain a particularly tasty cream, you can replace the water with milk at room temperature.
Storage method: the cream obtained must be stored in the refrigerator, while the preparation must be placed in a tightly closed jar and stored in a cool, dry place.
