Hoplà Professional Easy Top , based on vegetable fat, is particularly suitable for covering monumental cakes or cake design , as an alternative to sugar paste and "naked" cakes . It simplifies, through the use of special nozzles, the creation of various decorations and eliminates the use of butter cream in covering sponge cake or on the polystyrene base.

NAME: Preparation based on sweetened UHT long-life vegetable fat

INGREDIENTS: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 24%), sugar (19%), protein milk , stabilizers: E420, E466, E460, E339; emulsifiers: E472e, lecithin soy (E322), E472b, salt, flavouring, colouring: carotenes (E160a). Gluten-free. Suitable for people intolerant to gluten. 

HOW TO USE: as for the classic Hoplà, the product must be refrigerated at least 6 hours before whipping. Whipping time: 2 minutes for a 90% semi-whipped product (medium consistency) to carry out covering work. 3 minutes for a 100% whipped product (high consistency) to make decorations such as roses, petals, leaves, swirls, writing and tufts of cream.
