Details: Pastry dough mixer, to make soft and fluffy sponge cakes
resistant. It makes the work easier, as it is not necessary to whip eggs and
sugar. Usage: 10 g for a 500 g sponge cake. Add water, eggs
sugar and whipping cream in the mixer, then add the other ingredients.
After mixing with a few turns of the whisk, whip at medium speed.
After about 7-8 minutes you will get a soft and voluminous dough perfectly
