Details: Also called "fish glue", edible gelatin sheets are a thickener widely used in the preparation of desserts: in particular mousse, panna cotta and Bavarian cream. Quality: gold leaf. The package contains 6 sheets of 2g each. Gluten Free.

Directions for use: soak the required number of sheets in cold water for approximately 5-7 minutes, then remove them and wring them out lightly.
With hot foods, add gelatin directly. The gelatin dissolves immediately.
With cold foods, heat and melt the gelatin in a small container. First mix a small amount of food into the dissolved gelatin, never do it in the opposite direction. Then add the entire mixture, stirring, and keep in the fridge for 2-3 hours
