Callebaut Chocolate Callets Gold are unique callettes with an intense, yet well-balanced caramel chocolate, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a hint of salt. The gold callettes have a beautiful warm caramel and light amber color, with a golden hue.

The callettes are made of the finest Belgian chocolate and are ideal for making chocolates, bavarois, ganache and much more. Of course you can also dip your cupcake or cookie in melted chocolate for a delicious effect.

Due to the different temperatures, the calluses may melt during transport. They can still be used, but may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to work with the wafers.
