Callebaut white chocolate callettes are made of the finest Belgian chocolate and have a delicious creamy taste. The callettes can be easily melted, which makes them perfect for making chocolates, but also for decorating cupcakes and much more.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier (E322) ( soya ). For allergens, see ingredients in grey .
Due to the different temperatures, the calluses may melt during transport. They can still be used, but may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to work with the wafers.
If you purchase loose chocolate, you will receive the chocolate in food-grade packaging with appropriate labels.
Storage: 12-20°C, in a dark and odorless environment.
