Cold neutral base for ice cream, in powder form. Ideal for the preparation of creamy and fruit ice creams.
Dosage: Whole milk 500g, Sugar 125g, Ice cream base 50g.
Heat the milk (without boiling) and mix the ingredients. Place the ingredients in the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature. Then put the ingredients in the ice cream maker.
