Details: Ammonia is a baking powder, also called ammonium bicarbonate.
Particularly suitable for the preparation of dry and porous products, such as
shortcrust pastry, crackers and crunchy biscuits. It is not recommended for baked goods
soft. Any ammonia smell disappears with cooking. Tips for use:
distribute the ammonia well throughout the mixture, using a mixer or dissolving it in
a little warm water. Do not ingest as is and do not inhale. Any odor of
ammonia disappears with cooking.
Usage: 5/10 g per kg of flour. Contains 3 sachets of 20 g 8 per kg for a total of 60 60 g. Without
gluten.
